$50/month for 3 years can uplift a family to a truly new beginning.  Each family makes a proposal for how they intend to use their funds.  Perhaps it’s education, maybe it’s to start a small vegetable business.  They must make a wise plan as the funds are limited to three years.

The family pictured above is a family that we just served.  The woman has Aids and is caring for her mother and her deceased brother’s kids.  Her goal was to start a small store where she could sell beans, rice, sugar etc.  She created a business plan which laid out all of her costs and likely profit. Thanks to a generous $600 donation, her store opened in January 2010.
